  Het Wilde Noorden is the initiative of Chef Benny Blisto of Restaurant BAK in Amsterdam and artist Claudy Jongstra. Together, they organize special Farm to Table multi-course dinners at LOADS, in the Frisian meadows, where Studio Claudy Jongstra is located. Here, they work with the best seasonal, biodynamic products from passionate local farmers, hunters, fishermen and gardeners.
