Local products, modern gastronomy
Overlooking the water in the former timber port of Amsterdam Houthaven, our restaurant is located on the third floor of Het Veem, a former warehouse. Our aim is to work with fish from sustainable fisheries, the best vegetables from passionate farmers and meat from local producers. With these high-quality products, we hope to entertain our guests with innovative and ethical cuisine. The menu changes daily in line with the season and the availability of our products.
Every day, we put together a menu from local products at their best. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate all extensive allergies or dietary restrictions, we can’t cater for people with a gluten allergy or celiac disease. A vegetarian or vegan menu is possible.
